Gareth founded Ionic in 2019 and has spent seven years working with three local councils on digital business transformation, mentoring owners through new websites, marketing and systems. That work now includes business systems design and AI integration.
He holds a PGCert in Enabling Business Recovery from Ulster University, and he still builds the websites and systems himself, so the advice is grounded in what it takes to deliver.

Is the health check really free?
Yes. Thirty minutes, no obligation, and you leave with something useful whether or not we work together afterwards.
Do you meet in person?
Locally, yes: in Ironbridge, at your premises across Shropshire, or somewhere in between. Everyone else meets us on Microsoft Teams.
What should I bring?
Whatever you have: your website, your social accounts, the tools you use, rough numbers for enquiries and sales, and the problem you keep meaning to sort out.
Is this general business coaching?
Our focus is the digital side of a business: marketing, websites, systems and AI. If the real issue is wider, such as finance, leadership or operations, we will tell you and point you to the right specialist.
Can you build what the roadmap needs?
Yes. Websites, systems, automation and AI tools are what the studio builds every day. It is always your choice, and the roadmap fee is credited if you go ahead within 60 days.
Can you train our team on AI?
Yes. A half-day workshop for up to eight people costs £750, on site or online, built around the jobs your team actually does. Single 90-minute coaching sessions are £195.
